In today's Better Wealth Episode, I had the pleasure to sit down with David Bookbinder, is a Senior Director of Evaluation Services, known as a collaborative adviser, he is a corporate finance executive focusing on business and intellectual property valuation. Listen as David shares his story of being a single dad working for multiple companies to learn the importance of what he calls a companies’ greatest asset called human capital. He is the author of a book that turned into a dramatic play. David describes how he does valuations and metric valuations on how he helps guide people to identify their assets and value. His book NEW ROI “Return on Individuals”, was developed out of the concept that people really are an organization's greatest asset.
